The team of the Center for Research Support supports educational research at the University College of Teacher Education Styria with the aim of analyzing and publishing new findings on the acquisition of competences and sustainable knowledge acquisition. It promotes the strategic positioning of the University College of Teacher Education Styria as an important actor in research related to the professional field in the regional, national and international environment.

Core tasks of the Centre are the conception, coordination, implementation and evaluation of

• the development and securing of suitable structures and parameters for the educational researchers of the University College of Teacher Education Styria
• counselling, support and management of project application processes and research projects
• support for scientific congresses
• counselling and moderation of publications and other dissemination activities
• support in the generation of scientific networks
• support in the initiation of national and international research cooperations
• support in the acquisition of third-party funds
• counselling and support in the implementation of third-party funded projects
